Lost to a Camaro FML

Ok so im riding. running about 65. limit believe it or not.

Here comes this yellow camaro.. man what a sexy car. 2 young guys in it. well they are staring at my bike (big head arises). I am in 6th. they goose up the engine.... im like ahh straight rode. no traffic in the county freeway.... why not. right?

Driver sees me start to downshift.. was going to get down to 3rd. is gone.... lol. gots some ponies in that thing. Well I do catch up and pass, but all in all when i hit 5th downshifting he was gone.. should of been on the other side so he couldnt see me shift. his partner warned him saw him stairing at my foot.. I call hax.

That is my story. I wont say speed so i dont get yelled at.. dave C dont like me and we all know this

Anyone know if the new Camaro is capped at a certain speed.

dave C dont like me that is my story it.
And yeah I shoulda. Ive been using Racetrack super in my bike last month or so. Ive noticed it has started to hesitate. since this embarasssment I have gone back to Shell. Took 2 tanks, but bike is running much better. Guess the .30 more per gallon is worth something.

Not yet. He has decided he dont want to take the biek from me. So I am trying to get it refinanced out of his name, at least I am talking to a lawer friend about drafting up some papers to protect me from taking the shaft on this.
Im not ready to be without a bike and the X-wife did a wonderful job grade A outstanding job at destroying my credit when she left me.

Needs NOS. It only takes ~450HP at the wheels to pull on a 600. You know you drive a bad car when you pull on liter bikes from a roll!

155 limiter just like most cars these days. It sort of sucks hitting the limiter when you KNOW you have a lot left. I could slam against the limiter with the top down.

I think it it based on the stock tires. In order to make the car safely sustain speeds of over 155, they would have to invest a lot more money in tires. That is my guess, anyway.

yoiu are right. cars are limited to their stock tires. if it was a SS camaro, i would have thought it would be rated more around 170.

Z rated tires can handle that much and making a 400+ hp car and not adding Z-rated tires is kinda silly.

even mopar's cheap added Z rated tires to the SRTs. they were horrible traction goodyears but they were Z rated which allowed a factory limiter of 172.

My cobra was limited to 155. they have to factor in weight, plus the speed ratings, all that . Once you put REAL tires on the things (all stock tires suck!), then the limiter sucks. I could have had it taken off, but I only hit it a few times a year. I was mostly running from 40-60 rolls in Mexico.
