sprockets

2004 yamaha r6 what would be the best sprocket size to get to start to learn to stunt but i also have to drive this bike from league city to galveston for work... or should i just stick with stock gearing and learn that way

i dunno how much of a difference there is between 04 and 05's but im gonna stunt stock sprockets for awhile

did you know changing your sprockets from stock makes your odometer readings innacurate?

i would not go any bigger than 5 up in the back and 1 down on the front. Thats a fairly standard street stunt setup.

lol yeah my friend has a bigger sprocket and when i ride next to him his says like 75 and mine says 45 or 50 lol

sprockets

Do anything from 5-10 up in rear. Keep the front sprocket stock. This is about the best setup to do... For street, hwy, and parking lot pimpin.....

Dont listen to him, u need to go 3 up in the front and 5 down in the back, thats the way to go.

**** sprockets man rock the stock till you get use to reving the out of it cuz sprockets will beat your up, get use to the jult of the stock being reved really high then when you feel confident try some sprockets.

or -1 in front and +3 in the back. you can get these from sum of all parts off of ebay all day long for about $150 with Vortex sprockets and DID chain.
