Yup, EVERYONE DOES. I guess the difference is that, even though 90% of rides are def way over the speed limit, coming on to a board and talking about it is a quick way to get slammed about it.

Seems like thats the times when all the "goody two shoes" come out. I wasn't saying he shouldn't do it, I was just saying here comes all the negative replies!

Don't make me sick that old fat trooper on you with his "real bike"...

LMAO

I still wonder why people buy high performance machines just so they can ruin the plugs by idling around on them at the posted speed limit... but I'm not one to judge...

Tha lil ninja does get up.
Let me get this right your a somewhat new rider and racing on the beltway. I think you need to take your a$$ to the track and learn some skills before you get out there racing on our freeways. Maybe you need to research this forum and hear about all the wrecks that happen on the freeway.

That's right, and after you're a track expert you may race on our freeways at will

I have to ask why you assume the R6 is going to come out on top? I see no reason for a 99 R6 to have a clear advantage in a straight roll on competition.

it's a little known fact that the 99 R6, despite being underpowered and oversuspended, is the perfect bike to attach a twin turbo. it's not all that expensive, and you need that kind of kick when your boy is punking you out on the beltway.

just sayin.

REAL drag racing (not highway roll-ons) takes a little skill, I would guess....
