Hey all,
I'm relatively new to the forum, so I thought I'd throw out an intro.
I'm a 24 year old from Houston currently studying Marine Engineering at A&M in Galveston.

I was more of a Harley guy (sorry), but I decided to buy a Buell in October when the plant closed last year. So far, sport bikes are a lot more fun.

To show my support of the website, I added a couple of motohouston decals (thanks Silverfudge). This is a great forum for meeting other riders, and the drama on here is extremely entertaining.

Hopefully I'll have time to come out to the organized rides with ya'll in the future. I could really use the opportunity to gain experience from the great riders on this site.

I removed the .com from the decals; I hope that's not a problem. Thanks

I'll post pics of her once I fix the carburetor next weekend. Restoring an old bike is a lot of fun, but it can be tough keeping all those parts working

Welcome to MH

I almost bought an 1125r but didn't like the old radaitor pods it looked like they forgot to add them and it was an after thought. I like the new ones they look pretty sick.

Welcome to Houston. Obviously, nice bike. Have you done anything to it other than the fairings? I have an '08 too...best bike I've ever ridden.

Pics of the Flathead would be awesome!
Nothing yet. I'm looking to get some track days in first.
Eventually I'll get the EBR Race ECM and some sort of exhaust (probably FMF).

What kind of upgrades are you running?
