No one said.. "oh yeah! Well i run 1:4x at TWS (Texas World Speedway)" etc.. Its not a contest here. Its one person making themselves look very noobish(on top of being very wrong), and on the other hand trying to make it look like they know whats going on..

Seriously April?? Read what I post... I posted exactly whats he needs to do in my first reply. I just dont understand why others focus so much about telling someone to get off the seat and stress body position when that has noting to do with turning the bike. That comment was not towards the OP. I even told him to keep asking questions. Im always willing to help.

PS... Telling someone to get off the seat with little experience leads to a crossed up body position and unsettling the bike through the turn. I've seen it too many times.

If you're running wide you need to go back to basics. Have you taken MSF?

[QUOTE=LadyducL: I would love the tapes. Just have to find a VCR haha.[/QUOTE]

I'll talk to CCH, he's gifted when it comes the computers/electronics maybe he can convert it to digital. If not, I have one of those ancient mythical machines that runs on steam known as a VCR, perhaps I can loan that to you too.

I see a lot of people recommending the MSF. It's a great course I took it when I was first learning to ride(so long ago I only paid $50.00 for the whole weekend.) It's a great course for learning basic street riding skills, staying alert how to do some leaning a u-turn, figure 8, looking through your turns etc. It does not each high performance riding techniques.

If you have not had any formal training it's a great place to start. Then move up to the track days and/or race school.
