He tacked on the noise as well - but that's a different ticket and date.

The interruption did consist entirely of speech....

If you want to see something really interesting, do some research into WHY the statute now reads that way....

Just finished doing a quick read through. Pretty much sounds like they couldnt legally find anything wrong that Raymond Hill did because all he was doing is using his free speech. He didnt stop or touch or strike the officer in any way, shape, or form. Guess this goes back to the old "Sticks and stones" bit huh?
