Then you're knowingly operating a defective vehicle.

Sorry - no excuse there my friend.

If you can't keep both wheels on the ground, please try to do the stupid off public streets.

Mine really isnt that loud. You're making an inaccurate assumption.

Seriously. I don't particularly care for loud pipes. Makes it hard to hear the radio, and honestly, its a bit fatiguing after a hundred miles or so.

Is it under 80 dB, better measure it.

Don't have to. Texas doesn't have that requirement. I just have to have a muffler that works.

If i pull the baffles out i'm illegal, but currently, i'm 100% legal by the Texas code.

These are what I use: http://rinehartracing.com/exhausts/s...flers/500-0101

Not legal in CA or other states which require CA emissions, but otherwise, perfectly legal.

Yep sure is - however, if your mufflers were designed with a baffle and you've removed it....

actually I was thinkin similar..

I am not worried about Holstclaw. seems legit trying to do his best. I dont have issues with him.

now THIS GUY, those are who I wory about..
http://www.motohouston.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=138208

stormtroopering at you w/gun drawn, plain clothes, unmarked car, unsigned warrant by a judge, ficticious actions on the warrant, raiding your house, taking computers/property, and then trying to fight for a wire tapping felony, not telling you he is police right off the bat..
and "hiding/putting away" the gun when the "recognised" officer pulls up..

16 pages for this? really.
