Click click click ????

There's a clicking sound coming from my back tire. I thought it might be the chain so i cleaned and lubed it but I still hear it. any suggestions ?

mayeb theres a rock or nail stuck on the tire and it makes a sound everytime it hits the pavement?

Some rims its possible to get gravel inside them. Put the bike on a stand and roll the wheel. see if you hear it inside the rim.

on the swing are there are some notches cut out so you can make sure the wheel is true. then loosen the axle , adjust to proper tension , then retighten the axle , make sure there is play in the chain cause under load (you sitting on the bike) the chain can move freely
