Super Streetbike magazine

I've heard some mixed stuff ....... What's the real deal?

Just want to see what others think of the people that run it before I post my rant.

It was goood when it first came out, but now every page is a ad or a custom chromed out . It used to be centered around stunting, but not so much anymore

I like some of their buyer's guides. I feel like it's more about chrome than anything else but they're starting to tone it down.

I've heard some stunters talk about how crappy their dealings were with them, but it was all 2nd hand info.

Strike one for me was that I bought a 3yr subscription at the cycle world show & never got a single issue. I complained & was promised a refund multiple times that never showed.

Strike 2 was that my wife won the Icon gear contest last month for her crash last year. As if the injuries & recovery hasn't sucked enough.....looks like they're gonna stiff her on the gear.

Really? I would call Icon if I was in your position.
I had some dealings with Icon and spoke with Antoinette Zubiate and she was a real stand up person. I had an issue with my lid that was their fault, we were figuring out how to go about sending it back, but I crashed the next day. I called and told her not to worry about it and she said they would sell me a new lid at cost. So, cant speak for SSB but at least I think you have a chance if you call Icon. Just a thought.

that mag sucks and dave sonsky is a douche, he isn't in it for the riders, just another tool after $, his reviews are based just off Him and his 4 other tool bags.
