LED Light question

anyone know the actual laws concerning Led lights under your bike (blinking, strobing, colors, day or night, etc) any feedback would be great

I'm not sure on the specific laws because I don't have LEDs and don't plan on getting some but I see threads on here all the time about it. Try and search for it and I'm sure youll get you answer without all the smart responses.
