Same as last weekend's forecast:

Isolated T-Storms / Wind
High: 85°F
Precip: 30%

Hopefully, it won't rain, but with Johnny as pillion, I should be covered.

For this ride, I recommend planning ksu 930am from PP69.

Forest Gnomes wishing for me to pay their attendance fee text me ASAP so I can plan accordingly.

Forest gnomes...... Long story short: started when a few friends met w a leader that wrecked on his ride trying to redeem himself for leading a friend new rider into a corner too hot. Early efforts towards hear, proper road king group riding. The group grew in skill level variety and size. A forest gnome us a rider that knows our main route, volunteers their time to help others to make this ride possible. Don't have to be the fastest nor the slowest. After 2 complete FG rides many start pulling responsibility.

There are now so many that have benefitted and shared w others that I happen to rarely find a ride I go on anywhere that there isn't a forest gnome leading, sweeping or helping others in some way.

Many have gone to track and instruct as well. We have been blessed by the diversity and desire of all participants to "provide an opportunity for others to practice their skills."

Sorry on my phone,

Read the signature below. There was a lot of ridicule towards the FG when Coachdave passed, Mike(burnoy) one of our newer FGs wrote this about the group.

I'm going to pick up a chain from "ChrisGo" over in the heights this evening... and I'll grab 3 or 4 extra "clip on" master links to keep in my tool box for future use... So I should be good to go for tomorrow... I may end up meeting y'all at the first meet spot instead of pp1 or 69... I'm going to baby this chain until my new gets here ... and hopefully, I'll get some work done on my truck Tonight and Sunday and I'll be able to start driving again by next week... so I can take the bike off of 24/7 duty and get it inducted into heavy maintenance before I leave for the summer.

If all else fails, I'll be the rain guard/cup holer for Shimano Girl's benelli ... LOL

Cali... please let me know what kind of Tally you have so I can RSVP for the whole group tonight.

It sounds like we all plan on going rain or shine... If it's like it was last weekend, we might get a light shower here or there, but nothing serious... and if we have to take shelter for a couple hours at least we'll be in good company.

J
