Pirelli Diablo Rosso Corsa vs Bridgestone BT016

I need new tires pretty soon and i am considering the new pirelli Diablo Rosso Corsa or the bridgestone BT016. Which one would you recommend? Thanks!

I currently have installed the BT016's. Great grip and I love them.

Never have used the Pirelli's.

Pirelli or Bridgestone

Depends what your using them for. Personally.. I used the pirelli diablo's for track and street. Have used the Bridgestone for just street.. and personal pick i would absolutely say Pirelli.. I'm on Dunlop Qualifier II second generation and I have to say I just love them.. Hard in the center and soft towards the outter lip for great performance.. and they last a deal longer than the pirelli's and the bridgestone.. Hope I helped..

I ran the CorsaIII's on the busa for track and loved them. Definitely gripped better then the 16's in hard lean. The rosso is the new line.

However for street I ended up switching to the 16's out of price, worked fine for the street.

I averaged 3-4k on the rear on the III's and 016's and about 7-9k on the front for III's.

I have 003rs' on the 250 now, 2k miles in this month so far and starting to show on the rear from highway driving(remember I have low torque; yours will wear faster.

As for members that have had them, duci22 ran a pair of the rossos on his 929r; Said they were great when they warmed up, rear wore out at 3k. If I recall his wet traction was limited. I'd suspect the 16's better for all weather conditions, simply by water tracking lines in the tire tread.
