i have a few incidences which i will count as the grossest/oh moment

i rode on a harley due to an unforseen screw into tire catastrophe- i dont see how anyone would want to ride on any bike
i ran into a vulture as it was taking off
the most recent was a spirited jaunt down honea egypt and i almost lost my on a turn, because i was being stupid and impatient with the 4 wheeled traffic. a few days later a guy crashed and died on the same turn. he was in the news. i think it was a silver busa and the guy had a beer in him, one in his pocket, 2 bags of weed. but it freaked me out a bit. when i almost went down, i was going too hot into the corner and i guess it was a double apex, or i misjudged my entry. i stood the bike up and applied both brakes as my front tire was about to leave the pavement.

On my way to Austin from Luckenbach I ended the flight of a mexican dove on hwy 290 in a drizzle driving back to get a clutch cable for the VStar. Took him dead center in the middle of my chest at 70+. He never knew what hit him. The technician was picking feathers off the bike on the lift when I got to the shop. What was left of the bird fell between the tank and my left leg after impact. Mmmm anybody for tender dove nuggets ?

cow related (but not as crazy as your's johnny)
a few of us ran the forest yesterday, and we were on our way out at dusk. there were a few cows were grazing on the shoulder (maybe the same cows as conroe_gsxrboy). baditalian flew by the cows first with his loud yoshi pipe. the cows spooked & scrambled. i quickly flipped up my tinted visor so i could keep an eye on all the cows and covered my brakes.

I took a large insect to my visor today that exploded in a giant puddle of guts... I had to pull over and clean my helmet so I could see... Not as bad as the varmint guts on the highway yesterday... but it still was kinda freaky... I've never seen one "pop" like that before... usually they just clunk and fly off... not this guy... looked like someone popped a giant green zit on my face shield. LOL You just gotta love spring time in the country.

Back in 1999 I was riding my recently acquired Katana to Crystal Beach. I was riding the speed limit behind a full size Chevy pickup. I round a corner to see the brake lights of the truck in front of me and I see it collide with an object and come to a COMPLETE stop. I pulled into a drive and went up to see what happened and offer my assistance to the driver of the pick up. By the time I get within 25 ft of the truck I see what he hit, a full grown cow! It was an awful mess...the truck was totalled, the cow was well...you can imagine. One of those incidents you never forget.

Remember this like it was yesterday. happened back in 05:

Ok this had to be the most scary to happen to me so far. I'm on my way to
work on the SW from Humble and this asswipe with some lawn in the back of his truck has 3 big 30gal trash bags fly out 1 was about a 1/4 full so I was able to dodge it but then the 2nd one slaps on to my left fork and looks like it wants to wrap up in my front wheel* then the 3 smacks me in the face of my helmet. As I slam on my breaks and veer to the left on the shoulder
(thank I was already in the left lane when this all happened) I was able to pull off the trash bag away from my face, but for that split second I couldn't see . Scared the the out of me!!!* *

I was late for work going 150 mph on the tollway. I've never had a bug hit me on the front mouth vent before, usually always on the visor.
I have the shoei x-11 where you can open/close the front vent. Man was it a huge critter. It exploded upon impact and all the juices went flying into my mouth and nose.

Since I didn't see anything go SPLAT on the visor, in my mind I was thinking man is my nose running? Why does it stink? Then I realized it... that sweet aroma of beetle juice. Yum :3

Not too hardcore but my old honda cr80 dirtbike had an fmf pipe on it. One of the rare times i decided to ride it down the boyou in shorts, i slid out and the bike stuck on my leg. I had the "FMF" symbol branded onto the inside of my leg for almost a year.

That was painful.

Strange (non-bike related):

Background:
I am Vietnamese. Do not speak, read, or write chinese, but can distinguish it.

Story:
I once had a dream where all everyone (non-chinese) was speaking in chinese. The strange part was that the dream was subtitled so that I could understand.

That sounds like a pretty cool scar... Take a pic if it's still visible... that'd make an awesome avatar...

It was barely visible for a long time but it's pretty much gone now. I have scars with much better stories anyway

I have a nice lil scar on my knee from when i was little. Put the kickstand on my bicycle down and was about to walk inside when my dog jumped up on me. I fell in to bike, it fell over, kickstand entered the soft spot at the bottom of my knee.

Also another bike story of a friend... We had built some jumps at the highschool where they kept the extra baseball dirt. He jumped, cased it, and somehow managed to land on his handlebars and his break lever went into his thigh.

A few weeks ago while exiting the elevator in the parking garage something hit my head. Felt it.. wet.. nasty. 'n pigeon pooped on my head.

Those things next above the stupid elevators and the floors have all over.

So if you see a guy wearing a helmet in the elevator...
