Joe, my company is looking for inside sales reps. Here's the req:
Duties :
Sells to accounts via phone. Works with sales cycle problems of moderate to high complexity, as customer set has complex buying behavior and need for wide-ranging solutions. Works principally as an independent rep but can team with Field Reps, Partner Reps, and others. Responsibility can include starting new accounts, extending solutions within accounts, and renewals. Substantial skills in working in a team model including field sales, SE's, other sales specialists and Partners. Selling to a variety of buying influences, generally mid-to-upper level managers, occasionally C-Level buyers.
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. 2-4 years sales experience preferred. Comprehensive knowledge of IT solutions and the data integrity industry.
Success Factors :
Action oriented, approachability, composure, conflict management, customer focus, decision quality, ethics and values, integrity and trust, interpersonal savvy, negotiating, perseverance, results through action.

the job sucks, the pay sucks, and benefits really suck.
But it pays the bills and I still got a bike
