Aw , I wish would've known he would be at CG Saturday! How did I miss it. . .

I'll bring electrical tape to change our 69 number on the 450 to either 169 or something. I hope no one has #69!

numbers don't mean a thing @ the moment....Open D class riders should have a 2 digit # followed by the letter H....but anyhow, don't bother with all that unless you're going to pose like me.

and FWIW, I think I'm either A) going to run Open D both Sat and Sunday or B) Open C on Saturday and Open D on Sunday.

As for cash....$50 for your initial race....and additional $35 if you want to run an extra race (like in my case above). I believe Otis has also waived the annual fee, but bring $20 just in case.

hey sergio, what day are yall doing the Open D? saturday or sunday?
Ride Open D on Sunday...that is when the big group races. It is at 9AM on Sunday morning.

You should bring $50 for the race entry and then $5-10 for raffle tickets if you want. That will cover you for practice on Saturday at 4:30PM AND the race on Sunday at 9AM. Get your money's worth and ride as much as possible.

Is it open to spectators? If so, any cost to get in/parking?

Yes, the race is open to spectators. The cost is $10 per spectator for the whole weekend. Spectators under 6 or over 60 are free.

okay, i removed tampon from my jet lag excuse and will be heading up there saturday. Still not sure whether or not I will be spending the night.

danny, what time are the races you are entering? i'm having a hard time reading this small flyer image.

furthermore, Chris, Sergio, Chad, others, when are you heading up there? Camping?

you are reading it correctly, but I'm skipping out on the Sat. race.

Sat. 1 hour parade laps begin @ 1:3o, with the Saturday 1 hour races beginning @ 2:30 with an awards ceremony sometime after and then Open practice from 4:30-dark. Sunday riders mtg @ 7:30 (raffle right before that I think), Sunday 1 hour parade laps @ 8 and then the race @ 9. I think you got it.

Bikes all prepped...just got done changing gear oil, cleaning air filter, checking nuts/bolts, lubing/adjusting the chain, and checking the tire pressure....is it race time yet?

really fatigued and out of water from my leaking hydration bag. That bike is hard to start, and I kept hitting trees with my bars, or using too much front brake, tossing me to the ground over and over. I was just totally out of energy. The day before trying to get out of the woods with a non-starting heavy bike killed me. Turns out I somehow turned the fuel off and did it to myself. I ache so much right now.
