I am not even allowed to see it before the judge grants me custody, so I am pretty sure they won't let me store it.

Something to think about...if you had comprehensive insurance, or claimed it stolen to your insurance company...you might have to give the bike to your insurance company. I know that when I had my 05 Busa taken, the insurance (USAA) told me that if the bike or parts of the bike were ever recovered that it would have to go to them. Most likely, cause, when they paid it off, I had to sign the title over to USAA.

See ****ing goverment cant just do soemthing right and nice. Thats bullshit you have to pay its just one more ****ing reason those sorry to get money. If it was me i would bring in my check and show them how much i could be making if they didnt take so much out and THEN the little wanna charge you to hold the bike and you have no control over it. Thats total bs.

I am happy they found everything though.
