more appropiately put as Joe Horn was no billed for shooting and killing two robbers, in broad daylight who were on his property and moved towards him after being ordered not to move.

more appropriately
Quote:
A plain clothes police detective responding to the 911 call had arrived at the scene before the shooting and witnessed the escalation and shootings, while remaining in his car. His report on the incident indicated that the men who were killed "received gunfire from the rear". Police Capt. A.H. Corbett stated the two men ignored Mr. Horn's order to freeze and one of the suspects ran towards Joe Horn before he angled away from him toward the street when he was shot in the back.

Buck. . .your thread title is all up, you didn't catch !!!! You saw them, but you didn't catch !!! Tell the truth sucka, the only "red hand" was the one not holding the phone while you were chatting with some fresh teen on the phone. . .crazy . Why don't you tell these MH rookies how it used to go down around here, rental cars with the top down running off the road while some ladies are flashing you and MarcusBrookz and all the other fukced up this site was made of. I don't post much here anymore, the new crowd just doesn't seem to get it like we did.

Like the poster said, the no bill is a rare occurance. I know a guy right now who is doing hard time. He was at home, heard some rustling outside. Got a glock, and walked out to see two dirtbags breaking into his car.The guy lunged at him. He ended up shooting one guy in the leg, and tied him up until the cops could arrive. He used the whole fear for my life scenario. He is now doin time in Huntsville for attempted murder for shooting him, and aggr assault I believe. And he is also getting sued by the guy and his family, because he will no longer be able to work and provide for his family. (like he was doing that to begin with.) Its a slippery slope. You gotta be ready for the consequences. I carry everywhere I go. Would I shoot someone if I had to. Absolutely. Would I shoot someone i caught breaking into my car. Probably not unless he had a gun. I would probably fire a warning shot and hold him at gun point til cops arrived. Who can say until theyre in the heat of the moment though I guess.

What exactly were you doing in the car outside of your house NAKED????

You jumped out of the car naked and wonder why it took 5 minutes for you guys to decide what to do? Fight or flight?

Your story cracked me up, but your behavior has me a little concerned for your neighborhood....Although, had you tackled one of them down the block naked, you would of garnished this instead....

turn in your brown card...you can petition to be reinstated once you learn how to make anything a weapon. Or at least carry a respectable shank.

Shoulda called the cops before you got out and tried to surprise them w/ur frank/beans! But good job on not trying to find out the hard way if the guy was bluffing about the gun Sure hope they catch these fuggers!
