Louisville slugger stays in the back seat of my car.

i have refused to get a hand gun because from mexperience, i know i would never hesitate to use it but reading your story now has me rethinking and alread shopping for one.

you should have dialed the law immediately you saw them considering you were not armed

It would be a hard sale to a jury. I wouldnt risk that. If they are dead, you hold all of the cards. " That fugger said he had a gun and was gonna kill me" should help

Dumbass I told you that you should clean out your garage and put your bike in there.

I guess you just can't fix stupid.

Dude what were you doing in your car in your boxers? It woulda been different if you had the girl in it with you.
On a serious note should have called the cops as soon as you saw them. they would have got there just in time.

Apparently not to many of you realize the results of you shooting and killing someone. While I have no moral remorse for killing a thief, keep in mind that on average it costs about $120,000 in legal fees for every case that involves using deadly force when deemed needed(aka shooting when you fear your life).

Just saying, with so many people here saying you would shoot first, ask questions later. Remember...may not always be worth it. They could be stealing my car, and all I would do is maybe pull a gun and watch them drive away. Its not worth it to me...my life, yes. My property? Usually not.

Ya its just a bike, it would be alot sweeter to see them caught and then have to pay restitution and become someone's senorita (since we are on the code brown thing ) in prison.
