RIP...Rider down in Humble

Friend just called, said it was a blue busa with black helmet. He said looks like the rider rear-ended the car. RIP

RIP to the fallen rider and may his family and friends receive 's peace and understanding during this very tough time.

It looks like a Black / silver GSXR (maybe early 2000s 750/600, does not appear to be a 1000)? I don't know for certain, but maybe not a busa???

The damage on the SUV is worse that I would think a motorcycle would do. What an impact.

R.I.P. Joshua pope.

A motorcyclist died in a high-speed crash Friday night in northwest Harris County.

Joshua Pope was westbound in excess of 100 mph in the 2900 block of East FM 1960 around 9:30 p.m. when his Suzuki motorcycle sideswiped a Cadillac changing lanes, police said.

The motorcycle then slammed into the back of a Toyota, officers said. Pope died at the scene.

The Harris County Sheriff’s Office’s traffic enforcement division is investigating.
