i guess 3 championships work.

we're still racing the same amount or races correct? so the points from 1 GP race count toward 2 championships?

i don't care much for extreme. i'll use that to practice bowling.

You guys are missing it here.

Whether or not your temmate shows, your individual points will NOT be affected.........unless you guys are planning to use your teammates to take other people out. Don't forget the golden rule of racing, your teammate is the first person you want to beat and the last person you want to finish infront of you.

I'm going to be straight up with you guys. If we ran 2 seperate individual championships........two people are going to run away with them. I'm not saying any names.........but let's be realistic here. If the points from both GP and Extreme are combined to go towards the individual championship, there will be some sort of balance......

.....as far as the individual championship is concerned, you are actually better off with your teammate not showing. More points on the table for you to grab........

Then what was the point of doing Extreme? We could've just done a season of GP with a team and individual championship; then we could've done a season with Extreme. That way, we can concentrate on one style of riding and tracks during each season, instead of having to worry about switching between the two.

i get the impression that there will be a lot of bowling in extreme... peeps are still learning the tracks OR in some cases they don't want to take it so seriously...

so if we have a motogp championship - those guys don't hurt their standings if they go bowling in extreme...

we should not combine extreme/motogp indiv points... maybe next season... when everybody is more familiar with the tracks...

3 championships addresses all - teams, those who are bringin it to motogp tracks and those who are bringin it to extreme tracks...

Alrighty then. I was more concerned about the people who are fast at both, than the people who are slow at one. But if you guys want to run 3, that's cool with me.

adam if you are talking about yourself running off with the gp championship points, i still think you need to be riding the 20/20/20 ilmor.

Just because you have a teammate I dont think the factory ilmor will be fair because we all know if you are on the normal ilmor you will get 1st every time. If you are on the bike you rode the 2nd half on the season on the points should be a fair balance like you said

To be honest, that's kind of why I was wanting to combine the points. I wanted my suckness at Extreme to balance out my GP points.

The problem with running the 20/20/20/20 Ilmor is, with my teammate being sort of new to the game and on the Ilmor puts our team points at a serious disadvantage......more than I'm comfortable with calling balance.

Whoa, give credit where credit is due, Greg. Sam did beat Crastius.

I think you, Rick and Henry are quick enough to beat me at a bunch of the tracks, as long as you don't crash, even with me on the GP Ilmor. Tracks that come to mind are Losail, Phillip Island, Shanghai, Misano, Motegi and Sepang. I'm not expecting to win any of those as long as any of you 3 are on the grid. I can.....but I'm not expecting to.

The only chance team Ilmor has to keep it close in the team points is for both of us to run the GP Ilmor. If I ran the 20/20/20/20 Ilmor you can forget about us competing for team points........

not complaining...yet

I've done quite a few practice laps this morning and am about to get some more in right now, definite improvement from last nights crashfest. I'm hoping I was just on with mostly really fast people last night and some other bottom of the leader board people (people that just got it) will be on tonight that I can place in front of haha. Either way I'm going to have a blast so you guys can suck it lol

3 championships sounds good to me too, in case someone has to skip out of extreme races their standings won't be fubared. Not to mention I did better on extreme lol
