Mini Stunting.....(wheelie)

Ok so I am a complete noob and recent got into the mini scene with a ttr90. Im starting to get things down but would appreciate some pointers. Such as....... what gear do you guys usually pull and hold your wheelies at? And will I ever get over the stupid "Oh $HIT!!" feeling when i come up on this lil ? Half the time thats what causes that front wheel to come down.

I can pull and hold a wheelie in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd. 1st is def the way to go tho! Just learn that back brake control and that will stop that "oh " feeling. Bring it out to Katy Yamaha and come ride with us!

Yea thats def the #1 thing you need to learn is using that back brake, and thats great you got the hand brake! I just had to keep telling myself in my head over and over again back brake, back brake, back brake and eventually it started sticking. I also just started popping them up to hit the back brake to set it back down just to see what it felt like.

Um your gonna wanna hit it to just keep it from coming all the way back on you. You just kinga tap it to keep the front end where you want it and also thottle control of course. It should just eventually come natural to ya

Powersurged on here made mine out of a folding chair, and it actually works great to. I think you could probably make your self one pretty easy, If ya want i can get some pics of it to show ya but really nothing to it. But I dunno maybe the ttr might be a little harder but I doubt it.

Its all about feeling. Hard to explain. But be smooth with throttle and brake application. More so on the brake, you can get away with chopping the throttle.
