ate concrete for the first time!!

i was turning right at an intersection and hit a cat. As i tried to doge it i had to much lean angle and lowsided. Now the insurance has denied my claim cuz the cat still alive and took off. so theres no clear evidence. all i have is comprehensive so am i just screwed?

I apologize, but if it comes down to the life of a fellow human-being versus an animal, the human-being wins in all cases.

I have heard of people swerving to miss a squirrel only to kill themselves and their passengers. In my mind, animals come a distant second.

I flattened a squirrel last weekend on the bike. Its much better to hit it straight on then trying to dodge it.
