reason I asked is because just looking at your speedo on your vid...you appeared to carry a lot of speed through there and I was wondering if your speedo had been corrected or if you had any gearing ratio other than stock.

what is stock gearing for a 600? I forgot...itsnt it 16/47?

nice riding for sure AJ

16/43 is stock for 06/07 gsxr600. But anytime youre redlining 5th into turn 1 its still pretty quick, but not a quick as I have seen others do

oh I know...for sure. That is probably why guys where flying by you though. Your speedo is maybe 15mph off after a gearing change like -1/+2...mine was 14% error on my 750 and its speedo healed. I hate turn 1 at TWS (Texas World Speedway) because its bumpy and fast, you hit it harder than me probably. I hit 162 gps speedo corrected down that front straight and down to probably 90-95 through t1. I just dont like it.

Love the vid. Makes me want to race. Cant wait till I get my license.

They are flying by me on the straights. 750 and a R1 have more power than my lil 600...

I catch em by Turn 3

Nope. But I dont have the money to buy a 750. Its ok. That was the Formula 1 Class. Thats the Unlimited Class. I just need to get my fat on the treadmill and a diet

thats right, why find a way to shave a 1/4 lb off somewhere, when the rider can lose 10 or 20 or more..(I dont mean YOU Flo. .a general statement) But I like the observation.

Other than the motor, the rider is the single heaviest component on the bike. See too many people do what they can to swiss cheese the bike...yet the rider is eating all the cheeze

nice run by the way. Amazed at todays 600 cc's. My bike was the lowest powered 600 on the market the day it came OUT! (93')...so less weight and double the power! . thats like stepping to a 1000 cc 15 years ago.
