I'm not sure if we'll be back by 4...but after 390 we will hit 290 and if that leads to a road to take you home you can take that. Let me know if that's going to be a problem for you and we can try to modify the ride, man!

BTW guys, this will NOT be 3090, which is the route most people take after the forest. 3090 has a bunch of gravel and 390 has some sweet turns without all the gravel.

Semi-sick today, but if I'm feeling worth half a tomorrow when I wake up I think I'll head up from Cypress. I've got tires on the Duc with 250 highway miles on them and the strips are embarassing Haven't been hardly anywhere on 2 wheels since I got to Texas. Time to blow the dust off, and probably the last ride I'll take before adjusting the valves and throwing some new belts on 'er.

We'll probably eat lunch at Orsak's since Yankees will be crowded for sure! I'm expecting us to arrive at Orsak's around 12:45 or so, so you can eat lunch with us and we'll be heading back to 290 after we eat, which will maybe be around 2:30? I don't know if it will take us almost 2 hours to eat but you never know when Davekg starts chatting (lol, sorry Dave, I had to). So you can jump onto 290 East from there and head towards home. We'll be hitting 290 and 237 at that time, so you can check on a map and guesstimate how long it'll take ya to get back from there. We'll be far out, near Burton/Fayette area.

I'm still going to ride out to the meet spot with a friend in the miraculous event that it clears up, or just to see who's hardcore enough to show, lol.

1960/45 light sprinkles and clearing. Its past, if y'all are still meeting.

Should be clear the remainder of the day per weather.com.

Got soaked and stuck behind slow traffic. Hosed myself on mapquest and got there too late. Guess I'll ride the area west of here and keep a lookout. Got more water in my socks than in my camelbak.

You must have gotten there a few minutes after we left. It was probably 10:45 or so. I just got home and rode ~350 miles today. It ended up being a great ride at a really good pace.

There was one incident but it turned out much better then it could have.
