TRDVET already gave him info, plus a LEO isnt going to run her plates and give him her information. LEOs cant risk fuking up their access to the system(the name escapes me right now).
Should have called the cops, but hindsight is 20/20, right?
Good luck getting this cleared up.
Another though is to call your insurance company, see what they can do for you. If you have full coverage, there is always the option (if she continues to be difficult) of filing with your insurance company. Then, they can sick their dogs on her to recoup their expenses.

judging by her work uniform, she might work as a security officer at Allen Center! it would be a good idea to show up there and ask to speak to the manager in charge, explain the situation and show the manager the pictures you took of her and see if they recognize her or her car.

Ive been screwed once before because of someone giving me bad info so now EVERY time I get hit I have cops show up on the spot. I may not file the blue form but they show up

Edit: I drive 40k miles a year so I'm in the car a lot. I've been hit 4 times in the past 3 years.

I am just wondering, with having the plate and a contact number. Could he not just file a report with his insurance? I know that seems like it might not work that way. But wouldn't they be able to get some information for him? Could a police report help out in any way? You could put in the report that the mother contacted you not wanting to give information since you were not injured.

Gotta call the cops when an "at fault" accident occurs. When a citation is issued to the person at fault it will hardly ever cause problems getting insurance processed. My son hit a lady and she didnt want to call the police because we have a tow-away law when anyone does not have insurance. He gave her our insurance info and since there was no police report or citation the ins. co. is dragging their feet investigating everything before paying her.

good news

after speaking to her mothor, then her father, then her mothor, yada yada, mothor called me and gave me the insurance info. I have a claim number now. Their Ins company is Empowered Insurance.

lesson learned: just call the police everytime.

Now it's just the basic bs to get them to pay the claim. THey want their apprasil company to do it but I'm going to take it by Sunny's Motosport and have him check it out.

Thanks for the help everyone!!! I really appretiate it

sorry to say, you fvcked up. you dont let someone who may very well have killed you walk away cos they have no insurance. i dont only ask for insurance, i also ask for driver's license everytime i'm in a hit cos the car could be stolen or they could be giving you someone else's insurance info.

i hope you can resolve it

Great news Urban. Hopefully it won't take the insurance company months to get your ride fixed.
