Angry Got hit this morning

she said "I wasn't speeding" but didn't even say sorry. I was at a stop and she hit me form behind.

She said she couldn't find her insurance information and would call me with it later.

Now she is not answering her phone and has given me no information other than her name (Lashawnda Daniela)and number.

My insurance company said I should call the police. Guess I will do that now.

I am , but not hurt. I think the rear wheel is out of wack.

Here is her car LP and a photo of her taking a photo of my bike.

acted like I was causing her an inconvenience.

Technically she stopped and gave information. So it cant be called a FSGI (Failure to stop and give information)

Worst thing that could happen is she would be ticketed for no insurance, but since they both left the scene with no officer actions they are left to settle it civilian court.

call the police and give them the pic of her plate/car, they will run it on their system and find her in no time either at her residence or workplace! She might have run cause she doesn't even have insurance on her car!

always call the cops even if its a small accident where you can walk away. "F" that if she cant find the ins the cop can give her a ticket for not having ins and when you sue her later it would be in your favor...........

Wrd, I bet no insurance. If you have a license plate and phone number you can track her down at the very least. Good luck, I would've called the cops regardless.

I would call and leave her a message stating that since she is being uncooperative, that you will just call the police and file a hit and run. Scare the $hit out of her, either way you shouldnt have left without all the correct information. I highly doubt she has insurance hence why she had no card, even my car has a expired insurance card in it. The good one stays in my wallet. Either way call the cops, and she just might get a ticket for no insurance also.

That is exactly right. You will be given a blue form and told to send it off. Thats about it.

Sucks man! Give that a lesson about personal responsibility.
Most insurances want a report # anyways.

I was in the R lane waiting to enter the garage when she hit me from behind. She works somewhere at the Allen Center, I caught a look at her ID card.

Yea, I should have called HPD. I was kinda shaken up and needed to get into work bacause I am teaching a class and had students waiting on me. I wish she had gotten a ticket.

Thanks for the link.

She is not answering her phone and her voice mail is full. So, I sent her a text. Then, her mom called me and said the insurance is in her name, but whe will not give me the Company or policy number and that since I'm not hurt I "don't need it". She siad she would call her own insurnace and inform them. I'm not going to hold my breath.

Of course, she lied her off to her mom.

What about the damage to the bike? So, you have to be injured to obtain her insurance information? That is a new one on me!
