My buddy did this exact same thing one night when we were all drunk.. at 3 a.m. .... In his apartment.. Don't judge us.

It was quite funny actually. He pulled out a piece of 4x4 and layed it on the carpet. We lifted the rear tire and set it on the board so he could do his peel out. The tire fell off the wood within the first two seconds and he just kept it going.

He burned a hole through his carpet and showered the wall with rubber and burnt carpet.
