Toe sliders source?

I have a pair of AGVSport Sebring 2 riding boots. I bought them off a fellow MH forum member. On my last track day I pretty much destroyed the toe sliders on both boots. Yeah, I need to learn to put my foot higher up on the peg.

In the meantime, I'm having difficulty locating toe replacement sliders. I've been cruising the 'net and making some calls: nada. Any ideas where I might find these?

Thanks,

--Todd
