You really could get away with no under bracing, so its less to worry about. Mine isnt under braced.

any how now i am waiting on an email to see if the guy has an arm that he knows came off a gen2, so if anything ill try to sell this one and buy another one i know is for the gen two , so if anyone is looking for a gen1 8"over arm let me know not the best but ill let it go for500

Bad azz... Yes If you want the BEST swing arm made today IMO is a Mac But there way up there in the price....

But the Trac arm is Super nice 2 you cant go wrong with either of those 2.

ok another learning exp, not all chain links are the same !

yep you guessed it , got a 530 clip style master link, couse i dont have a new swing arm and i need to take some slack out of the chain so i ground the pins down and pulled a link out but the master link i got will not fit, the pins are not long enough for my bike, i am sure you are supose to put the orings back in so i did that but ther is no way in i can get the link threw far enough to get the clip on, even if i left the orings out i dont think it will fit ,

what the is the deal with that !

any how my bike is down till i get another link or until i get the swing arm and i can put the other chain on, i am sure the link for that will fit yes , came with the chain so it better fit !

also the chain i got is it strong enough, its a ek 530 zzz chain, but from some of the reading i have seen it says up to 180 hp but the T.S. is like 10000 bls or something like that any how

iput please, and yea i double checked the moded swing arm i posted is a 4-6" sterch.

i had to resize the pics for the forum but the welds look a lot better , only downfall its painted not pc , so any how

some one please help for i hate to make decisions. should i save some money and get another modded arm or just blow out 1100 bucks and get the tracdynamic ?

OK talked to the guy on the phone about the moded arm and that is the one im going with , just to save money, he sent me some pics of other arms and how he welds them jig and all that so i feal better about the welds, its a good strech 4-6 and i know its off a gen2 so no fitment issues ! any how live and learn that is all i can do !

i hope and pray i can get this thing on this weekend !

im not sure im going to pc i may just get some truck liner from lows or something and coat it with that !

zzz chian needs a zzz link. All 530 links will NOT fit all 530 chains. The clip links are a pain to get on . You kinda need to press them on. Are you trying to cut the chain down before you get the arm? If so then stop. PC that arm. No way in should you use a bed liner. You want that new arm to look like it matches the frame or a truck bed?
