I have taken all bikes makes and models out for a ride, and can tell you now days all the new bikes are awesome, so whatever bike you choose will be the right one, just because is your bike period. Sorry if I offended you or your post, but you as for people opinion, I was not attacking you (Dumbass right back at you)

PD thanks I corrected my signature!
Now there is a thoughtful response. Thanks. If I see you around we can go for a ride and act like dumbasses.

By far the Duc handles much better better than the CBR, almost like it was on rails. Took me a month or so to get used to the Honda took me a few hours on the Duc and I felt like I was ready for anything. Havent rode the 1000RR but im positive its a much more capable bike but i would get the Duc.
my thoughts exactly (well i had different bikes but you get the point)
i went from a 04 gsxr 600 to a 06 ducati 749 and while there is a difference in power the ducati felt 10x better IMO. It didn't have the top end speed on the inline but i felt more comfortable and more in control of the bike as far as handling goes. The sound is great, the handling is great, and i loved the feel of the torque compared to the suzuki. if i were to get another bike it would be an 848
