Might be moving to Houston...

jj4684

I am only in the planning stage but so far I like what I see (I am currently in Houston visiting) The Homes, Schools & the People.

I currently work at the Airport so If I transfer it would be to IAH. Don't know yet what neighborhood but needs to be in a good school area (kids) and close to the airport.

Now on to the moto stuff... Been riding for 3 years. No track time yet.

I own two bikes the first one is a Buell Blast 500cc single, this was my first bike. The second one is my baby a Benelli TnT Sport Evo 1130cc Triple.

So if I do make the move I'll be definately riding the great and confusing roads of Houston Texas. We will see....

Thumbs up ...

Thanks for the Welcome all.

I currently work for TSA in Miami. If I do a quick transfer it would be with TSA Houston. If I wait it could be with CBP in Houston, been waiting for a while, they have been on a hiring freeze for almost a year now.

The wifey loves to ride....

She rides motorcycles also and has her motorcycle endorsement.

Nice Houston roads suck unless you go far up North so Lean closer to that side.

Sweet ride!

If you decide to transfer to Houston, don't burn any bridges with Rudolf at Ducati Miami! They are now the nearest Benelli dealership.

I do have an independent mechanic (in Austin) that Benelli has authorized to service my TnT so if you do move, I'll be happy to refer you.

welcome.... you will enjoy some nice twistie highways not too far outside of Houston. From what I remember of Florida, there wasn't many good twistie backroad highways, but the 270 degree curves for on/off ramps on the freeways were pretty cool.

Cool ...

I will be visiting Houston again. I'll be in town March 10-16th. Any large bike meets that week? Would love to see what Houston's got to offer.

Still working on getting a transfer....
