lol. ya def not taking over payments on that bike. too much is owed... o well i guess.. let my brother use it as a practice bike to learn on once i get my cbr!

part the bike out. you paid money for it. the bank knows who owes them money so if they need their money or the b ike back, they can go find those guys. as for you, you riskk the bike being found somehow by the bank once there is a paper trail ie registration. knowing this, i say part it out except you into racing then you can make it a race bike and hope you dont get pulled over oon ur way to or from the track especially if the bank makes some kind of report to law enforcement i'm guessing they could put a bolo out for it

OMG, ya'll are nuts.

You can register it without it being in your name!

I've been fostering someone else's bike for over a year now, and he's not even in this country. So here's how you do it. Go to the court house (they may have the document online) and find the form that switches the registered owner. Forge the owner's signature then take it to the court house and viola....you're legal again. PM me if you have any questions.

Totally. If our guy can't even get a hold of the owner, how the F would the police? 'Sides, its not hard to copy a signature...and the court really doesn't care that much anyways. Its just a registration!
