If there are no of what I'll call "extra" fees then the transfer fee is around $32 (I think depending on the county). By extra I mean things I've not dealt with (e.g., savaged titles). You just said "title", but if it's a street bike you also have registration, which if I recall correctly is about another $45.

Then the taxes are 6.25% of the higher of the sale price or the standard presumptive value:
