Were you able to test your bike on the Texas Mile?

How fast did that scooter run in the third image?

Good luck on your run!

Jeez, that is hauling the mail!

How much distance does it require to stop from 261mph? Another mile?!

Every little piece of Toms bike is perfection. He did one of a job putting that bike together. I asked him why he was getting back into lsr. He said" Im just not impressed with what others are doing right now". Then he sets a world record.

We watched Tom make two passes the first was high 240's and the second being the 261 pass. One other bike went 255 just before his 261 pass. We were setup on the hill at the finish line and it's something to see cars and bikes running 200plus go through their gears and cross @ those speeds.
Not sure but it looked like Tom may have hurt some parts after the 261 pass, hope not

waiting for todays reports

Come mingle with the slow people eh?

If I wasn't racing my Vette at the Corvette shootout on the week before The Texas Mile, I would have liked to give it another shot....Shoot for 230-235mph... BUT.... I gotta a lot of prep work to do on the Vette and the rear end rebuild is gonna cost me $4k so...... No Tx Mile for me.....MAYBE in Mar 2011....

Maybe...it's gonna cost me some loot to race at the Vette shootout. Prolly get a hotel in Sealy so I don't have to drive back and forth....not sure yet.

I do want to make Goliad though. Gonna be a of a competition....Karl should have his monster going by then also...

The battle for 265mph in Texas will be THE one to watch....

You and Shane are crazy fukkers...

Hey Shane, why don't you post up the K's Bike night meet info in the EVENTS section here.....you will fill the place up with MH people. I would be down for a ride up to Humble for a good bike night....especially if some fast bikes are up there. My Turdbo is set back up for street cruising and ready to travel.
