Same as a car... unless there was some other reason like dui, or proven speeding, or reckless driving or something like that, wrecks are just considered accidents. She'll get tested and examined and all that, but if it's a mistake, it's just that....

RIP. And let me quickly add that EVERYONE that wants a drivers licence should be required to take the MSF course before a motor vehicle lisence is issued. THey would then realize the difference between operating a car vs. a bike. Events like this would likely be minimized because the everyday persons awareness of a motorcycle operator/rider would be increased.

OK, I know it'll never happen but I can dream....can't I?
