600-900 tends to be the price range for used 50's

750 isn't bad if its in decent shape.

off topic, but do you play DOD Source? Always see a guy on there with the same screenname.

nope. never cared much for online gaming. I have a few friends big into CS, a few big into WoW, and a few into COD. no thanks. Halo 3 is fun though haha

I'm selling a minty 07 that is completely stock & I'm getting interested people on it at 800 just for reference. The stunt parts can save you some cash, but isn't worth it if the engine is ragged imho

Yep, I bought mine from Pyrobug51 for $650 and I'm happy with it.

Having the stunt stuff already setup is a big help. Just make sure the engine runs OK.

Are the trans 3 speed auto or semi auto with a shifter? What are common problems with the trans and engine?

The motors are pretty bullet proof if you keep oil in them and dont redline them for extended periods. All fifties are 3 speed clutchless trans. I think thats a good price because they have over $400 in stunt parts already on it. Get it fast because they are sellin quick. Definetly one of the most fun bikes to own!

Just went out and rode it around the block. engine sounds good and I didn't really notice any noise coming from the valves but at high RPM it sounded a bit high pitched, seemed like it was coming mainly from the exhaust. When I would shift into 2nd, even with the throttle closed, the front end would come up, think it's shifting a bit hard or is that normal? I might try to make it to a 50 stunt night coming up soon so I can see how they're supposed to run.
