The lower back tat is one of the first indicators of a chick who is down for a 1 nighter.
IMO your best bet would be to get a lot of different samples..... When i got my tat i had 4 or 5 pieces from the net. Tat examples and Actual Pictures of what i was having made. The Artist took all of the parts that i liked from each piece and put them together, with his own flare. This way you know you arent getting some stock piece of that came off the wall or something that thousands of people have.
