Question 2001 GSXR Power Commander II ?????

I just bought this 01 GSXR750 and it already had the power commander II on it. With K&N filters and Full Pipe.

Anyways I've pulled up the website and found the program for it. Now I'd like to see if I can figure out if it's programed right.

The led on the front of the Power commander runs in idle at the bottom (lean)

I took it to a shop and they didn't wana mess with it cause it wasn't the newer version. They told me if I mess with it I could mess up the whole bike. It seems to run fine, but I just want to see if I can adjust it and use this thing.

anyone out there know more about this.

thanks

Keep in mind the online maps are very generic and would be like wearing sandles to an endurance run.

You could try to adjust it yourself or w someone helping or get the best out of it you can w people that know how to work with it. Same philosophy of the shadetree mechanic plugging the water pump leak w gum vs replacing the gasket.
