SHNF Trails 3/18

Few of us are gonna hit the trails out at SHNF late Thursday morning. Ive been ready to hit some dirt for weeks, so i'm pretty stoked. I realize this is the morning after St. Pattys so waking up might be hard, but St. Pattys is also my Birthday so i will be partying twice as hard, and still plan to make this...NO EXCUSES!

If for some unforeseen reason the trails at SHNF are closed, not to worry, there are plenty of more non-government sanctioned trails to be ridden.

1. PimpDaub - Drz400e
2. TheMagicMan - Xr200
3. Dannyboy - Tw200
4. Pete - Wr250
5. Navajib - Crf450r
6.

And as always... Food for thought.
Not mine but actual SHNF trail footage:

I called local moto-shops for OHV Decals. Seems the Honda that's 5m away doesn't have any decals, but the one in Katy has one. Anyone coming from Katy area?

I just called them too. They're probably like wtf.
Looks like I'll make my way to Katy tomorrow on the bike. I'm actually unsure if I have a spark arrestor, I assume a stock can does, but there's no screen.

I'll be hauling w teh raper if I do go. I have to be at work at 2:45.
How 'late' are you talking about? I might go early just so I can get used to the Honda powah.

Prolly get out there at 10 or 11am. I'll push for earlier. Chad said he had to get one for one of his bikes too, so call him and see if he'll pick you up a sticker while he's getting his.

I texted him since I can't call him from work.
I'll probably leave early to bypass rush hour.

kids getting to play on Thursdays! BTW, I plan on videotaping the race this weekend....suppose to be a lot like the last place we raced...lots of creeks, tight woods sections, rocks, sand, open field....keep your eyes peeled. Hopefully my Tony Hawk camera can live up to the challenge.

Look around the the Muffler can for a stamp or sticker that says "USFS APPROVED"

If you see that stamp then your good.
