Do you have to own a new bike? Check CL. I found an 08 Silver R6 in Austin with only 450 miles on it. Picked it up Friday.

Texas south is not a place to buy it... Went there, tried that... Really wanted to buy there because it was close to my house, but I checked prices otd to every yamaha dealership within 200 miles and Carlos at team mancuso on 59 south and beachnut/gessner murdered all the prices. Just go there and see Carlos, he'll hook it up.

Hi there. Just curious as to what area of town you live in? All Yamaha dealers pay the same amount for the R6. So in theory yes all prices should be somewhat comparable everywhere you go. There are your "order taker" dealers out there where you may save an extra couple hundred bux but try to find a dealer that will work with you in every aspect (not just price. You CANNOT ride price.) Carlos Lescale is a good friend of mine and the runs a good show over at Mancuso if they are close to you. Texas Yamaha Gulf Coast is located on exit 12 on I-45 and if you want to come into my store and take a look at the R6's we have in stock I will be happy to earn your business! We have some '09 models left and some 2010's in my warehouse also. Please bring any pricing that you have and I assure you that I WILL be competitive with that price! I would like everyone to know that if you didn't take the time to come into my store here then you didn't get the "best price" on your R6.

+1 to Texas Yamaha Gulf Coast
I bought my Yamaha motard there as they were awesome! In my experience, they beat Mancuso's price by sevenfold and I had a very smooth transaction. It was worth the drive.

North Texas Yamaha. Ask for Tom Stark. Worth the drive to Lewisville.

Look out of state if you want a good price.
Bardwell yamaha is where i saved about $1200 on a new fz1 over any texas dealer would do. Bit of a drive but $1200 was worth it.
Get a cycle trader mag ans call some of those out of state ads also.
