He's asking so Im pretty sure he is unfamiliar how.

Front/rear should be lowered evenly.

What many people dont do: adjust the chain due to the swing arm becoming straighter and tightening the chain, adjust the headlight, modify the kickstand mount or bend/cut the kickstand, reset the suspension at a shop.

Rear dogbones(use high grade aluminium (7100 or more) or steel) change the mounting point of the rear shock in relation to the track arm. This is what lowers the body/frame of the bike in the rear. In the front the forks can be slid through the trees about an inch; anymore and the structural integrity of the forks mounting is at risk due to the trees clamping onto the hollowed, unsupportive barrel of the shock tube.

Be sure to make sure the forks are straight in relation to the trees after lowering and clearances arent an issue w the license plate nor brake line mounting in the front.

If that seems a little more then you wish to tackle, consult one of our sponsors whom may also be able to adjust the suspension as well after the drop is completed

Check our Sponsors, call them directly. Unfortunately they get busy and cannot always go throught the different forum sections.

well paying 180 to drop a bike is getting raped.. shop around.. Can prolly find the dog bones on ebay for like 30 bucks or so then prolly 50 is more resonable for labor
