Not sure. That's on our list for this year including a blue bell factory tour ride.

Ya I was going back through 337 and wanted to record the 10mph recommended corners but the mirror kept hitting the menu button and canceling video. Didnt come out.

And my chain was destroyed. Not sure how. Im thinking the extra unforseen passenger weight from the weekend before stretched it. I'll check it tomorrow or Friday and see if its just a few links or the whole chain that was destoyed. Its def noisy now.

791mls divided by 13.5 gallons = realworld, best scenerio mileage for cold riding: 59mpg running freeway/and light-moderate backroad riding.

Very impressive . . . can you post the details of your route for the benefit of the other inmates contemplating such a stunt?

This is my incomplete cheat sheet:

IMG00318 20100318 0639

I ended up going 337 to 53 so I could get gas and head back after the three sisters. There werent alot of bikes around other then cruisers here/there so I chose the best to the tamest sister back. Sure enough found a cop on 336(last sister other then 337.)

Route:
-i10 W
-i10/90W
-Loop 410W Northbound
-16(N)W; its a FR but moves quickly after some stop lights. Gas up in Bandera, just before the 90 degree turn.
-2828W
-337W(good warm up road until 337 gets curvy.
-53 North
-336N
-41E
-335S
-83S (merge from 335)
-337E
-187(N)E
-39(N)E
-27(N)E
-16E
-10E to home

impressive ride - especially on a 250cc bike.

Good photos of the hill country and you and the bike. Makes me glad I will be out there the weekend of April 9th with the region 2 www.sport-touring.net rally.

Next time you go out, when you get to Camp Wood go north on HW 55 to Rocksprings.

HW 55 has some MAGNIFICANT high-speed (really high for a 250) sweepers and is one of the better roads out there.

At Rock Springs take HW 377 to HW 41 back east to FM 335 and back to Camp Wood.

For you adrenalin junkies HW 55 is a MUST.

Had you done the three sisters before? Would you say that the roads were worth the ride? I know the ride itself must of been enjoyable(atleast the warm parts).
