Bowman Welding 713-864-7992

They did the Bimota DB4 exhaust repair. All Titanium, and work was excellent. Not the fastest, but I was very happy with the results and quality. The repair has held up perfectly.

Closing the loop on this, and to ensure other people can find a titanium welder when they need one, here are the options I found in the Houston area. All are located north of I-10.

Option 1: American Heliarc. They are located near 290 and Pinemont, east on Pinemont a couple of miles. Very good guys. http://www.americanheliarc.com/ Chris did the welding and a bit of other custom work. I'm very happy with the results.

Option 2: Andy at Metric Cycles. It turns out that Andy does not do Ti welding. He was very responsive to the email, and he recommended Randy Porter 713 465 6552

Option 3: AccuFab Texas. Very, very responsive guy. The only reason I didn't use him was his location was further than American Heliarc. 281-516-3210
Mike Posso www.accufabtx.com

Option 4: Quang Tran at TLR Precision. This guy responded, but wouldn't even consider doing the work. Too small of a job. Not good.

Option 5: John@weweld.com. Never responded to my email.

If you were closer to me I would have offered to take it to work and have it welded.
