Lightbulb Job stealers

Freaking im sooo sick of old people getting jobs that they shouldnt im not saying we shouldnt have equal opp. employment but still, its riduclous this is the secound worthless old person my boss has hired for a freaking warehouse job stick to greeters at walmart and just cause hes retiring in january doesnt make this a retirenment community! wtf

and ive had to work with another guy he hired thats finally moving that walks like .000000000001 mph

it doesnt matter if he cant do the labor one of the job requirements is excellant physical condition y should i get screwed with lifting all the heavy its the way its been for the last year they shouldnt get paid for they cant do

well, thats why you're the one lifting all the heavy , all of us "old" guys prolly have bad backs from lifting when we were "20" so, just remember as you get older, it gets better...

still man shouldnt get paid the same its not only that i can lift more i can do more i know our systems very well and a buncha other its ridiculous that they get paid the same and do half the work
