Be Carefule Out There...

So I woke up this morning and decided to ride my bike to work downtown... Weather was great and enjoyed the ride that I almost wanted to call in and keep riding!!! So I do my time and here it is 5 o clock time for me to ride home.... Once again the ride is great, but do to construction on 610 I couldnt take my normal exit and had to detour and come the back way to my house and notice a WHITE Dodge Magnum that was directly behind me when I made my very first turn.. He slowed up a lot but was close enough to see every turn I made and so he made the same turns I was making. (Remind you I have never seen this car near my house before). So i just keep riding and dont take anymore streets that would lead to my house and rode back up to the main street to throw him off "If he was Folowing me" then went on home once it was clear...... Not 100% sure if the guy was folowing me to see where I kept my bike but it sure as seemed like it to me... Just be safe out there and pay attention to your surroundings because you never know...

i take a different route home just about every time i am on my bike. something my father told me to do at a very young age. i guess he already knew that people will follow you home and watch your every move. so throw them off if possible. i remember seeing this ford crown victoria(not a cop) following me near to my house.I had a pontiac Trans am at the time. so i passed my house up and hit the nearest corner store. funny thing was, i watch them pass by. i don't know if they were waiting for me to stop so they could jack me or what. But, every since that day. i always carry some form of weapon with me. sometimes a small pocket knife or boxcutter easily accessible. or a breaker bar on the side of my driver seat.

gotta be ready for the unexpected.

You only have to be 21 to get a CHL.You can still carry in your vehicle without a CHL though.

yea a buddy of mine caught a case over a bat as well.

if ur going to carry a 'weapon' just get a chl. no sense in trying to swing a breaker bar or use a small boxcutter when the dude jacking u has a gun.

Good looking out man, I do that too.
Just passed my chl & sent off the paper work.
I have a shoulder holster for when I ride & carry.
Until my license comes in ,I got to keep the ammo separate from the pistol to be legal.
Be safe out there.

+1. Avoiding the situation is the best possibility, you might think your going to shoot him, but keep in mind he's thinking the exact same thing.

BTW I was thinking of how hard it would be to pull the gun out on the bike WITH GLOVES ON and moving 50+

1. Unzip jacket
2. Unbuckle holster
3. Draw gun with left hand (Right has to stay on the throttle)
4.Take safety off
5. All the while controlling the bike without having your left hand.

Moral of it all, just drive away.
