College Station to Forth Worth

Hey guys, looking to take a trip on the bike from college station to south fort worth, (Arlington) and wanted to know if anyone knew any good bike friendly routes. When i take the truck i take 6 to loop 340, to 35 and take that north to 287 or 20. I know the majority of yall are from houston but I thought someone might know some roads that will keep me from going in straight shots for 60 and 70 mile stretches, thanks guys!

I went to school in Arlington, Green oaks is a nice long road 3 lanes wide with some ok twists in it that's pretty fun for high speeds.

as far as the ride up there there's nothing really fun but I'd take 287 to 360N right into Arlington. 360 before it turns into a freeway has at least a couple of turns.

thats the part im kinda dreading, all the highway miles to get there. 360 isnt too bad, i might snag that off 287 in Mansfield and take it to 20 and Cooper
