aww, I accidentally picked Mencia.. I meant to pick Dave Chappelle.

Carlos Mencia allways talks about the same and is always yelling! He talks about bush, mexicans, and black people

Didnt see that one, I saw him early in Chappelle show (1st season), and his standup was still top notch. I think the show's success in the past couple years has seriously changed his motivation...and he's probably hitting the weed too much on top of that.

Mencia is naturally funny, works insanely hard, and is smart as . He put on an awesome 2 1/2 hour set in Arlington TX a couple months ago which I took the girl to. His material is racial, not really racist...and he can sustain his momentum pretty well through a long set. He has serious skills on stage, but sometimes he will lose people when his material outstrips the intelligence of the audience and they lose the thread. That said, if he cant be raw and unfiltered like Chris Rock/Richard Prior/etc doing standup...he loses his edge, which is why I dont watch his show that often.

i was there for that ... i personally thought it was funny. It seemed like he wanted to chit chat and make jokes more than doing an entire standup routine. but it will still funny to me
