Whoa, just noticed you stopped in Shiner! One brewery I'd really like to visit! Very cool! You didn't stop in Luling for BBQ?

If the weather is good I'll go again next weekend if anyone wants to go. I stopped several times but I don't like to eat a big meal when I'm on the road. Someone wants to go a different direction I'm game, but the trips to Galveston and other nearby places or getting old. 300 to 400 mile round trip through the hill contry is much better.

How are the roads along that route? Are they pretty smooth? Tons of potholes?

I would prefer to spend my hard-earned cash on things other than speeding fines.

That's awesome man. Try to map a route and post up a ride, I'm sure they'll be some good response, especially after seeing your pics.

I'd def be up for this route.

Can someone map this route (I'm lazy right now).
