CMRA Endurance racing

Anybody interested in running some endurance races this year with CMRA? I have been on the fence about racing, but figure I might as well give it a shot. Was thinking of getting a 600 to sprint, but that sounds like it gets expensive quick! Endurance seems like the way to go (I know, everybody who races says the same thing!)

I am thinking BB endurance, probably on a 600. I will not be able to make all of the races, probably only about half at best, due to my work schedule.

I don't have a bike for endurance, but that can be worked out if need be. If somebody else has a bike, I will gladly ride it.

Basically thinking of a "just for fun" team, focusing more on seat time, racing experience, and the paddock experience at the track more than how well we did.

Details can be worked out later if I get some seriously interested people, but I would expect everything would be very evenly split.

form corner working this past weekend, looks like everyone is just trying to get some seat time.
eventually the adrenaline will kick in and guess what,ur in a race.
some times you race to the first high side/red flag.
we came in second in that category .
its too hard to NOT get in the competetive mind.
still lots of fun,so ive been told

I've been really interested in doing ninja 250 endurance racing ... I think that could be lots of fun on the cheap ...

Rent one from Kevin at rentmyninja.com and try it out. We took 3 3rds last year on a rental. Then bought one from him at the end of the year.

You gonna be at GSS tomorrow? If so, let's talk.

Unfortunately, no. Shoot me a PM with what you had in mind.

I have not written off endurance racing a ninjette, either. Only problem is it looks like there will only be one or two rounds I could make that have a mini endurance race.

Well, after all us NASA folks get laid off, I'll have tonnes of time to do some ninjette endurance racing...
