the spill? i was on 290 on a friends bike 06 cbr600rr of course way too much compared to mine with my wonderful lack of experience...panicked apparently locked up the front break at 60-65 mph and went to flippen! huge stupid mistake on my part definatley learned my lesson. but im almost fully recovered and road rash almost gone after a month and a half...
